Samuel Diaper, 27, from Switzerland, has been charged with two counts of rape in Bath. The accused, who resides on Waffenplatzstrasse in Zurich, made a brief court appearance on Wednesday 26th November at Bath Magistrates’ Court.
Allegations Date Back to 2019 and 2020
- The first alleged attack reportedly happened on 6th October 2019 at a property on Camden Crescent.
- The second incident is said to have taken place on 31st October 2020 at an address on Chatham Row.
Case Headed to Bristol Crown Court
Following the hearing, magistrates sent the case to Bristol Crown Court. Diaper is set to appear there on 5th January for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
