Swiss Man Charged with Two Rapes in Bath
Samuel Diaper, 27, from Zurich, has been charged with two counts of rape in Bath. The accused, who lives on Waffenplatzstrasse, made a brief appearance at Bath Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 26th November.
Alleged Attacks Date Back to 2019 and 2020
- The first alleged attack took place on 6th October 2019 at a property on Camden Crescent.
- The second is said to have happened on 31st October 2020 at an address on Chatham Row.
Case Moves to Bristol Crown Court
After the hearing, magistrates sent the case to Bristol Crown Court. Diaper will appear there on 5th January for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
