Violent Assault Shakes Small Heath Community

They targeted a man sitting on a quad bike, pushing him to the ground and slashing him multiple times with a flick knife. Thankfully, the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.

After a swift investigation, detectives identified Taylor Burns and Jafir Nazir as the culprits. Burns, 26, from Sutton Coldfield, admitted to wounding with intent and possession of a knife. He was sentenced to six and a half years behind bars on 16 March.
