Woman Dies After Collision with Car in Hounslow
Tragedy struck on Bedfont Road, Hounslow, late on Christmas Eve when a 58-year-old woman riding a mobility scooter was fatally hit by a car.
The crash happened around 11.50pm on Saturday, 24 December. Emergency services rushed to the scene, but despite their best efforts, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Driver Stays at Scene and Cooperates
The driver of the car stopped immediately and is fully cooperating with police. No arrests have been made as inquiries remain ongoing.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or was driving nearby to come forward. Officers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident.

Support is being provided to the victim’s family through specialist officers.
