Man Caught with Trousers Down in Folkestone
Police are on the hunt for witnesses after a man was spotted shamelessly flashing in broad daylight in Folkestone.
The bizarre incident occurred around 4pm on September 29, 2020, on Guildhall Street near the Sandgate Road junction. The man was seen walking with his trousers partially down, causing alarm among passersby.
London Man Arrested but Released
A 59-year-old Londoner was arrested over the incident but has since been released while investigations continue.
