Kent Fire and Rescue Service sprang into action after reports of a vehicle fire on the M20 London-bound, close to Junction 7 for Detling, Maidstone. The drama unfolded shortly after 1pm on Wednesday, 24th January 2024.
Two Fire Engines Battle Flames with High-Pressure Jets
Firefighters arrived swiftly, deploying two engines equipped with breathing apparatus. Using high-pressure hose reel jets, the crews quickly gained the upper hand, dousing the burning car and preventing the blaze from spreading.
No Injuries, Cause Still Under Investigation
