Two Stabbed on Catford Bus in Shocking Knife Attack
A major police incident erupted in Rushey Green, Catford, after two men were stabbed on a 54 bus just before 2pm today.

At 1:42pm, emergency services including London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance raced to reports of a stabbing on the bus. The victims, both men in their 30s, suffered serious stab wounds and were rushed to hospital. Police have yet to confirm if their injuries are life-threatening or life-changing.
Man Arrested at Scene on Attempted Murder Charges
A man, whose age remains undisclosed, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder and affray. He is currently in police custody as investigations continue. The bus remains cordoned off, with officers expected to be at the scene for several hours.

“At 13:42hrs on Tuesday, 1 July, Met officers, the Ambulance Service, and London’s Air Ambulance responded to reports of a stabbing in Rushey Green, Catford. Two men in their 30s suffered stab wounds and have been taken to hospital. A full investigation is ongoing.”
