Woman, 76, Found Dead in Kent Street – Man, 30s, Arrested
Police were called to a Kent Street home in E13 at 10.18pm on Thursday, 25 March. Officers arrived alongside London Ambulance Service paramedics to find a 76-year-old woman who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Man in 30s Held on Murder Suspect
A man in his 30s was arrested at the address on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody. It is believed the woman and the man knew each other.
Ongoing Investigation and Crime Scene
The deceased’s next of kin have been informed. Formal identification is pending, with a post-mortem exam planned. A crime scene remains in place while detectives from the Specialist Crime unit investigate.
