Shocking Incident at Leicester Leys Leisure Centre

A 12-year-old girl was targeted in a disturbing incident at Leicester Leys Leisure Centre on Saturday, 11 February. Between 12.30pm and 1pm, while swimming, a man swam past her and pulled her bikini bottoms off.

Man Allegedly Harassed Friend Too

The suspect is also believed to have made inappropriate sexual remarks to the girl’s friend, who was at the pool with her.

Police Hunt for Suspect

Detective Constable Thomas Radley is leading the investigation. He urged anyone who recognises the man, or anyone with information about the incident, to come forward immediately.

“As part of our enquiries, we would like to identify this man. I would like to ask anyone who knows who he is – or the man himself – to get in touch. Also, if there anyone who may have information about the incident but has not yet spoken to police, please contact us.”
