Woman Attacked by Biking Suspect Near Royal Artillery Memorial

A woman in her 30s was assaulted at around 10pm on Saturday, 21 November 2020, while standing by the South African Royal Artillery Memorial on The Mall, SW1.

The suspect, a man seen riding a bike, attacked without saying a word before fleeing the scene.

Police Hunt Silent Bike-Riding Attacker

The victim reported the attack to police soon after and is being supported by officers trained to deal with such cases. Detectives from the Central West Sapphire Unit are now on the case.

Detective Constable Hollie Jenkins said: “It is really important that we identify this man as part of our investigation. If you recognise yourself or think you know who this man is please get in touch. It is vital that we track down the person responsible and I would urge anyone who can help to get in contact at the earliest opportunity.”
