Police Release E-Fit of Suspected Flasher Targeting Schoolgirls in Lambeth

Detectives hunting a pervert on the loose in Lambeth have issued an e-fit of the suspect linked to two indecent exposure attacks. The first incident happened early morning on Wednesday, 19 June at Cedar Tree Grove, SE27.

The second attack took place on Monday, 23 September, again between 6:00 and 6:30am, this time near Knights Hill, SE27. Both victims were schoolgirls, sparking fears across the community.

Same Man Suspected in Both Chilling Attacks

Police believe the same man committed both offences. He’s described as a white male in his early 30s, possibly Eastern European, with short black hair. Detectives are desperate to track him down.

Detective Pleads for Public Help

“Indecent exposure is extremely distressing and the effect on victims, particularly ones so young, can be long term. It is crucial that this man is identified as a matter of urgency,” said Detective Constable James Stallabrass.

“If you think you’ve seen this man or know who he is, especially around where the incidents took place, please get in touch. Every tip helps.”
