Kent Police swooped on a late-night disturbance in Otham, arresting eight after a major ruckus broke out just before midnight on Saturday, May 2, 2020.
The trouble kicked off in White Horse Lane where a large group clashed verbally and physically. Witnesses claimed they spotted a potential weapon amid the chaos.
Armed Cops Make Rapid Arrests
Armed patrols were deployed to the scene. Officers quickly arrested six men and two women on suspicion of affray. All were hauled into custody before being released pending further inquiries.
No Serious Injuries, But Police Still Hunting Witnesses
Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported, and no weapons were found during the police search.
