Early Morning Fire Sparks Emergency Rescue
Fire crews were scrambled to a house in Forest Grove, Tonbridge, at 5:01 a.m. after reports of a kitchen fire. The Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) dispatched four fire engines to tackle the blaze. Firefighters, decked out in breathing gear, quickly doused the flames using high-pressure hose jets.
One Person Saved, Treated for Smoke Inhalation
Emergency teams pulled one occupant from the burning property. The individual was handed over to South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) for treatment after inhaling smoke. Their current condition remains unknown.
