Friends and locals left flowers at the crash site, mourning the loss of the popular boy. Former soldier Terrance Glover is named in connection with the tragedy.

“Today my little mate Harley was involved in a devastating accident which has taken his life. Harley was a caring boy who would never hurt anyone,” a friend wrote on social media. “Please, everyone, tell your family to be careful on the roads — no one knows when it’s their time to go. Our hearts are with Harley’s family.”
