Emergency crews scrambled to a fiery scene in Brighton last night after a blaze erupted in a high-rise flat bathroom. Five fire engines and a large rescue team tackled the flames on the 16th floor of a Kings Road tower block.
Man Rushed to Hospital After Dramatic Rescue
At around 9pm on New Year’s Eve, firefighters armed with breathing apparatus rescued a man trapped by the fire. He was quickly handed over to paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service and rushed to hospital.
