Hit-and-Run Horror in Andover: Man Killed, Driver on the Run
Police are hunting a hit-and-run driver after a fatal collision in Andover last night (December 23). A 38-year-old man was struck on Charlton Road at around 6.40pm and died at the scene despite paramedics’ efforts.

Police Launch Urgent Appeal for Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage
Officers are scrambling to find the driver involved. Investigators have collected vehicle debris at the scene and are piecing together what happened.
“This is a very serious incident and we urgently need to speak with the driver involved,” said Inspector Steve Wakeford from the Roads Policing Unit.
He added: “I urge the driver to contact us immediately. We also want to hear from anyone who was on 1 Road at the time and can help our enquiries.”
