Man Assaulted and Stalked in Shocking Late-Night Attack Near Medway Maritime Hospital
A man in his 30s was viciously attacked just after midnight on Tuesday, 15 March 2022, outside a property on Napier Road. The suspect suddenly approached and assaulted the victim, leaving him with facial injuries that needed hospital treatment.
Suspect Chases Victim to Hospital
The terrifying ordeal didn’t end there. The victim drove to Medway Maritime Hospital, only to be pursued by the suspect. Police say the suspect followed the victim’s car along Napier Road, Canterbury Street, and Montgomery Road before barging onto hospital grounds.
Car Vandalised at Hospital
While the victim was inside getting medical help, the suspect allegedly caused damage to his car, adding insult to injury.
Police Hunt for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Kent Police have launched a full investigation, scouring CCTV and forensic evidence from the scene. They’re calling on anyone with information, especially dashcam clips from Medway Maritime Hospital, Canterbury Street, or Napier Road, to come forward.
