Knife-Wielding Thug Fails to Rob Gravesend Shop – Escapes with Booze Only
Police are on the hunt for a man who threatened a cashier with a knife during a botched robbery in Gravesend.

The nightmare unfolded at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, when the suspect grabbed some alcohol from the shelves. He then whipped out a knife and demanded cash from the cashier. Showing true grit, she refused to hand over any money. The crook fled empty-handed – except for the booze he snatched.
Kent Police Release CCTV – Hunt On for Armed Robber
Kent Police have now released CCTV images of the suspect. They are urging anyone with information to come forward and help catch this dangerous man.
