The family of a vulnerable pensioner is desperate for the safe return of her stolen mobile after a cruel robbery in Ryde. The woman, in her seventies, was shopping at Iceland on Tuesday afternoon when the thief struck.

At around 3pm, the man swiped the pensioner’s handbag, stealing both her pension money and her mobile phone. It’s unclear whether the store’s CCTV caught the heartless moment.
