Man, 68, Dies After Being Hit by Car in Ealing
Police hunt witnesses after fatal crash in Northfield Avenue.
Tragedy on Northfield Avenue
At around 8.25pm on Sunday, December 22, emergency services rushed to Northfield Avenue in Ealing after reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
The victim, 68-year-old Alan Thomas, was rushed to a central London hospital in a critical state. Sadly, he passed away on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25.
Driver Stopped, Police Investigate
The driver stayed at the scene following the incident. Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are now leading the investigation.
They are urgently appealing for witnesses to come forward, especially anyone with dash cam footage that might shed light on the crash.
