Man Killed After Being Hit by Lorry on Park Lane, London

Detectives are urgently hunting the identity of a man who died in a fatal collision on Park Lane, Westminster, on Monday morning.

Tragic Crash on Busy Park Lane

Police were called at 9.20am on 6 August after reports a pedestrian had been struck by a lorry. The victim, thought to be in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene just seven minutes later.

Police Release Image to ID Victim

Despite efforts, officers have yet to identify the man. Now, they’ve released a photo showing him walking on Park Lane moments before the crash, hoping the public can help.

Detective Sergeant Andy Russell said: “We urgently need to find out the identity of this man, so that his family can be informed of his passing. “Please call police if you recognise him or have any information.”

Driver Cooperating, No Arrests Made

The lorry driver stopped immediately after the crash and is assisting police. There have been no arrests as investigations continue.
