Police are investigating after a man was sprayed with an unknown substance on Lower Road, Belvedere, on the morning of Monday, 18 November.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10:15 am, following reports of the incident. Officers from the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade (LFB), and London Ambulance Service attended promptly.
Victim Treated at the Scene
The London Fire Brigade treated the man at the scene for injuries that have been confirmed as non-life-threatening and non-life-changing. The nature of the substance remains unclear, and no further details about the victim have been released.
Investigation Underway
The police are conducting enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident. At this stage, no arrests have been reported, and the motive or intent behind the attack remains under investigation.
Officers from the Met are urging anyone with information to come forward.
