Man Stabbed Multiple Times in Brutal Attack at Brunel University Uxbridge

A man suffered multiple stab wounds after a stabbing attack at Brunel University’s Uxbridge campus on Tuesday evening, May 21.
The London Ambulance Service was called to Topping Lane at 5:49pm and swiftly dispatched an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer, and London’s Air Ambulance to the scene.
A spokesperson said: “We treated a patient for several wounds and took him by road to a major trauma centre.”
Police and University Launch Investigation
The Metropolitan Police and Brunel University security teams are working together to investigate the stabbing. No arrests have been made so far.
The victim’s condition remains unconfirmed.
The university issued a public statement:
“We are aware of an incident on campus this evening. Our on-site Security Team and staff are working closely with the police as they investigate the situation.”
Increased Patrols and Student Support Rolled Out
Brunel University is boosting overnight security patrols in response to the attack.
They’ve also set up mental health and welfare support for students in Room 005 of the Lecture Centre.
A university spokesperson added on social media:
“For reassurance, our Security Team will increase patrols throughout the night. Staff are available to provide support for any students who may need it.”
Police Appeal for Witnesses
No arrests have been announced as of this morning. Police are expected to release more updates and may appeal for witnesses.
