Man Attacked with Substance in Ilford Street

Police were scrambled at 10.56pm last Friday after reports surfaced of a man injured in Lavender Place, Ilford.

Paramedics and Fire Brigade Rush to Scene

Officers arrived alongside the Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade. Initial reports suggest another man threw a substance into the victim’s face.

Victim Hospitalised but Injuries Not Life-Threatening

The injured man was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Investigation Underway – No Arrests Yet

The East Area Command Unit is leading the investigation. No arrests have been made so far, and inquiries continue.
