Man on the Run from Springfield Hospital Found and Back in Custody
Adil Maxamed, 20, the final escapee from Springfield Hospital in south London, has been caught and returned to the facility.
Three Men Flew the Coop on July 19
Maxamed was found in Earlsfield on the afternoon of July 21, two days after making a daring exit at around 10:10pm on July 19. He was the last of three men who absconded from the hospital that night.
Police Snapped Up the Other Two in No Time
- The first man was detained just three hours after the breakout.
- The second was nabbed near Clapham Junction on July 20.
