Tragic Death of Man in 30s After Horror Crash in Gestingthorpe
A man in his 30s has died following a fatal two-vehicle collision on Northend Road, Gestingthorpe, near Halstead. The smash happened just before midday on Friday, 14 March.
Emergency crews and passersby rushed to help the motorcyclist but, despite desperate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Road Closed for Hours as Police Launch Probe
Northend Road was shut for several hours while police, paramedics, and forensic teams investigated the crash and made the area safe.

Essex Police are now begging anyone with information or footage to come forward.
“We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has CCTV, dashcam or any other relevant footage to contact us as soon as possible,” a spokesperson said.
