Police Release CCTV in Hunt for Whitstable Burglary Suspect

Kent Police are on the lookout after a burglary on Whitstable’s High Street last June. CCTV images have been released of a man they want to identify in connection with the crime.

Cash and Cards Snatched from Staff Area

The break-in occurred around 3.20pm on Friday, 24 June 2022. Thieves made off with bank cards and cash from a commercial premises’ staff area. Later, fraudulent transactions were made at nearby shops using the stolen cards.

Officers have pieced together witness accounts, reviewed footage, and carried out searches. Now, they’ve released CCTV shots of a man who might hold vital information.
