Spooked by a marked police car, Wells bolted along the pavement, kicking off a dangerous pursuit. He raced along Wilton Road towards Salisbury Racecourse, pulling off risky stunts like overtaking on solid white lines, driving on the wrong side, blasting through red lights, and speeding excessively.
Swift Justice at Salisbury Crown Court
Wells faced Salisbury Crown Court on Friday, April 14, where he admitted to dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and having no insurance. The judge wasn’t lenient — Wells was locked up for 12 months and banned from driving for four and a half years.
