Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Three-Car Crash on Wolverhampton Road

Emergency services were scrambled at 6.54pm to a dramatic collision involving three cars and a pedestrian on Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury.

Life-Threatening Injuries

Two ambulances, two paramedic officers, a MERIT trauma doctor, and a critical care paramedic rushed to the scene. A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman revealed:

“Upon arrival, we found a man who was a pedestrian. He was assessed by ambulance staff and had sustained potentially life-threatening injuries. He received advanced trauma care from ambulance staff at the scene.”

Emergency Hospital Transfer

The injured man was rushed under blue lights to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for urgent treatment. Thankfully, no other casualties needed medical attention.
