Deadly Daylight Stabbing Shocks Westminster
A brutal stabbing in broad daylight has left one person dead in the heart of London’s City of Westminster. The horrifying attack unfolded this afternoon, Monday, November 28, on Lilestone Street, Marylebone.
Paramedics Rush to Scene
Emergency services were called at 3:23pm after reports of a stabbing. On arrival, paramedics found two victims suffering from stab wounds. Both were treated on the scene, with one rushed to a major trauma centre.
One Victim Dies Despite Emergency Efforts
Tragically, despite the best efforts of the London Ambulance Service, one victim passed away at the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.23pm today (28 November) to reports of a stabbing on Lilestone Street, City of Westminster.
“We treated two patients at the scene and took one person to a major trauma centre. Sadly, despite the best efforts of our crews, a person died at the scene.”
Murder Investigation Underway
The Met Police have launched a full murder investigation and are in the process of informing the next of kin. A crime scene remains in place as officers comb the area for clues.
