Teen Stabbed in Ilford Horror – Road Locked Down

A violent stabbing on Hamilton Road, Ilford, in the early hours of Sunday has left a teenager fighting for life. Police and paramedics rushed to the scene just after 2.20am on December 4th following reports of a brutal attack.

Chaos on Hamilton Road

The victim, a 17-year-old boy, was found collapsed in the street with multiple stab wounds. Paramedics used torches to deliver life-saving treatment amid the tense scenes. Six police vehicles sealed off the area, turning the spot into a major crime scene.

Hamilton Road is closed in both directions and will remain shut for some time. Several bus services, including routes 169 and EL1, are now diverted, leaving passengers stranded.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

A Met Police spokesman said:

“Detectives are appealing for information and witnesses following a stabbing in Ilford.” “Police were called around 2am to reports of a fight near Ilford Lane, junction with St Luke’s Avenue and Wingate Road. A 17-year-old male was rushed to hospital with stab injuries. His condition is currently being assessed.”

Forensic teams remain at the scene as investigations continue. No arrests have been made yet. Officers urge anyone who witnessed the attack or has information to call 101, quoting reference 702/04dec. Witnesses can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously.

Ilford Left Reeling After Early Morning Violence

One shocked bystander said, “It didn’t look good. All we know is the person got stabbed.” Police quickly cleared the area and urged the public to steer clear while the investigation unfolds.
