Shock on Stockton Cycle Path: Man Exposed Himself to Child
A chilling incident unfolded yesterday afternoon as a man suddenly exposed himself to a child cycling near Kilburn Road, Stockton.
Details of the Disturbing Encounter
At 3.36pm on Tuesday, 18th October, the youngster was riding along the cycle path when the suspect appeared from the bushes and behaved indecently.
Witnesses describe the man as:
- Late teens to early 20s
- Acne on his face
- Wearing black joggers and a black t-shirt with a pattern or writing
