Thief Targets 90-Year-Old’s Home in Dead of Night
At around 1.30am on Monday, 19 April, a brazen burglar broke into the home of a man in his 90s on Vincent Avenue.
Priceless Jewellery and Collectibles Stolen
The thief made off with a stash of jewellery and several enamel Halcyon Days jewellery boxes—items of great sentimental value to the victim.
Cops Seek Public Help After Vincent Avenue Break-In
PC Lawrence Mckenna said: “We’ve released CCTV footage of a man we want to speak to in connection with this burglary. Do you recognise him?”
“We’d also like to hear from anyone in the Vincent Avenue area at the time. Did you see or hear anything suspicious?”
“The stolen items may be put up for sale. If you’re offered such items, please contact us immediately.”
