Police have snapped up a 28-year-old man from Southampton in connection with the shocking murder of a 70-year-old found dead in a flat.

The victim’s body was discovered just after 9pm on February 5 in a flat on Bursledon Road. Detectives launched an immediate investigation following the grim find.
