Teen Stabbed in Shocking O2 Centre Attack

Police rushed to The O2 in North Greenwich today after a teenage boy was stabbed inside the venue. The alarm was raised at 2.46pm following reports of a stabbing, prompting the London Ambulance Service and officers to respond swiftly.

Victim Treated at Scene Before Hospitalisation

Officers found the injured teen with stab wounds. Paramedics treated him on-site before rushing him to hospital. His current condition has not been disclosed.

Three Teens Arrested Over Serious Assault

Security personnel detained three teenage boys at the scene. Police arrested them on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm (GBH). A spokesperson confirmed multiple arrests but did not clarify how many remain in custody.

Cineworld Closes After Violent Altercation

An O2 spokesperson said: “This afternoon there was an altercation between a group of individuals in Cineworld at The O2, which resulted in one of the individuals requiring medical attention from the emergency services.”

“Cineworld at The O2 will remain closed for the rest of the day. The rest of The O2, including outlet shopping, bars and restaurants, and attractions, remain open. Tonight’s arena event is going ahead as planned.”
