Ongoing Hunt for Suspect in Westminster Murder of Angela
The investigation into the shocking murder of Kamonnan Thiamphanit – known to family as Angela – in Westminster is still very much active. Police are chasing leads to deliver justice for the victim and her grieving family.
Suspect Identified, Extradition Possible
The grim discovery followed after the tragic incident at 123. At Westminster Coroner’s Court on April 16, Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell revealed officers have now identified a suspect. She also confirmed inquiries are underway to assess if the suspect can be extradited from abroad.
Officials have yet to reveal the identity or location of the suspect.
Family Grieves but Stands Thankful to Police
Angela’s family, originally from China, Hong Kong, and Thailand, was informed about the latest investigation developments and is receiving support from trained officers through this distressing time.
Angela had lived in the UK for nearly nine years, initially arriving to study before working in property management.
Her family issued a heartfelt statement:
“We are unspeakably hurt by the loss of our dearly loved one and are sincerely thankful for the relentless efforts of the British police in investigating this tragic event. We believe that with the commendable teamwork and dedication of the police, this case will be resolved swiftly, thereby preventing any further innocent victims.”
