Irish police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a fatal crash near the M50 Red Cow junction in Dublin. The horror unfolded just after midnight on Sunday, leaving a man in his 20s dead.
Man Killed Getting Out of Parked Car
The young victim was struck and killed while stepping out of a parked vehicle. Two other men, both in their 20s, were taken to Tallaght and St James’s hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries following the smash.

Detectives are especially keen to hear from anyone who saw a red Volkswagen Golf heading towards the Red Cow roundabout shortly before the crash. Taxi drivers working in the area between 12:20 and 12:30am are also urged to come forward.

Pedestrians walking along Naas Road near the junction may hold vital clues. A man in his 20s was arrested but has since been released. Gardaí stress that any dashcam footage or eyewitness accounts could prove crucial.
