Six Arrested and £100K Cash Seized in Major County Lines Crackdown in SW London

Early Morning Raids Smash Drug Network

Police have swooped on suspects linked to a ruthless county lines drug operation running out of South West London. Six suspects, three women and three men aged 18 to 24, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and possession of criminal property.

£100,000 Cash and Weapons Seized

The raids, carried out today (Wednesday 24 June) across multiple homes mainly in Wandsworth, netted a staggering £100,000 in cash. Officers also seized two designer watches, a machete, high-powered scooters, and jewellery during the crackdowns.

Cross-Force Effort Nails Criminal Gang

The Met’s South West Gangs & Proactive Unit led the investigation with support from Hampshire Constabulary, who executed five arrest enquiries across several Hampshire properties. Local cops, the Territorial Support Group (TSG), and Police Dog Units also played key roles.

Zero Tolerance on Exploitation

“The South West Gangs & Proactive Unit takes a zero tolerance approach to those we suspect of being involved in county lines, drug dealing and wider organised crime,” said Acting Detective Inspector Treasa O’Donoghue.

“Organised criminal networks ruthlessly exploit vulnerable individuals for financial gain. It remains our top priority to bring these offenders to justice. We will relentlessly pursue and target those running and working for these drug networks to reduce the violent crime that devastates communities.”
