Murder Probe Launched After Man, 85, Found Dead in Streatham
A murder investigation is underway in Streatham, South London, after an 85-year-old man was discovered dead at a home on Churchmore Road, Lambeth.
Tragic Find on Churchmore Road
Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 1:00pm on Friday, 4 July, following a call to the London Ambulance Service. Officers from the Metropolitan Police arrived to find the elderly man deceased.
36-Year-Old Arrested
A 36-year-old man has already been arrested on suspicion of murder. The police have locked down the area and are maintaining a visible presence while the investigation unfolds.
