Lorry Driver Killed in Horror Smash on M25
A lorry driver was tragically declared dead at the scene after crashing into a barrier on the M25 today.

Emergency services rushed to the anticlockwise carriageway between junction 2 (Darenth Interchange) and junction 1A (dartford/" title="Dartford" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Dartford Tunnels) following the deadly collision.
The smash forced police to shut all three lanes for hours, causing traffic jams stretching for miles.

Drivers were urged to steer clear or follow diversion routes as the clean-up operation got underway.

Kent Police confirmed this evening that the victim was a 58-year-old man from West Yorkshire.
