Hit-and-Run Horror: Woman Seriously Injured in North London Collision
Traffic cops are hunting witnesses after a white Range Rover fled the scene following a crash with a pedestrian in north London.
Fail to Stop on North Circular
At around 8pm on Tuesday 17 March, officers tried to pull over a white Range Rover on the North Circular for a dodgy number plate. Instead of stopping, the driver sped off, veering towards 1 Lanes, N13.
Pedestrian Hit and Left for Dead
The vehicle struck a 53-year-old woman, then bolted without stopping. She was rushed to hospital with potentially life-changing injuries and remains in a critical condition.
Serious Collision Unit Launches Investigation
Detectives from Chadwell Heath’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are on the case. They’re urging anyone who saw the crash or has dash cam footage to come forward.
