Three Held Over Murder

West Midlands Police swooped on Sunday, arresting three suspects in Blackpool. A man and woman in their 40s, plus a man in his 20s, were detained on suspicion of murder and assisting an offender. All remain in custody as officers hunt for answers.

Family Issues Heartbreaking Tribute

“Sadly our youngest son, stepson, brother, brother-in-law, nephew and uncle, Tom has been tragically taken away from all who dearly loved him,” the family said.

“We are all in shock and devastated. Our hearts are in pieces at the loss of Tom in such a cruel way. He was a pillar of strength towards us all.”

“He was loving and caring. He adored his family, was a softy with animals, nephews, and nieces. Tom was full of laughter, had a vibe for life, and a charm that could lift any dull spirit.”

“He loved music, playing pool, and harmless pranks, though he could never keep a straight face without bursting into laughter.”

“We are so proud to have had Tom in our lives. His life was cruelly cut short. Tom will forever be missed. Justice will be done. We love you Tom, rest easy.”

“We urge anyone with information to please come forward to the police.”

Detective Chief Inspector Phil Poole of the Major Crime Unit said: “We are continuing to build a picture of what happened. The three people arrested at the weekend remain in custody as inquiries progress.”
