Double Stabbing Shocks Kilburn Shoppers Outside Tesco Express
Chaos erupted outside Tesco Express on Willesden Lane, Kilburn this evening as police and paramedics rushed to a double stabbing incident.
Another Bloody Night in London
The attack adds to a brutal night in South London, where ten people were stabbed and one person was murdered. Witnesses say the stabbing happened in front of stunned shoppers and Tesco staff, who rushed out to help the victims.
Emergency Services Swarm the Scene
A shaken Tesco staff member, who wished to remain anonymous, revealed emergency crews arrived swiftly to tend two people with stab wounds. Four police cars, several first responders, and a London Ambulance Service support vehicle remain at the scene. Doctors from the London HEMS air ambulance were also dispatched.
One victim received CPR at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Road Closed, Police Appeal for Witnesses
Police have sealed off the area, closing Willesden Lane in both directions at the junction with Kilburn High Road.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “We’re working the scene of a double stabbing at 5.40pm in Willesden Lane, Kilburn. Two males sustained critical injuries. We will provide further updates as soon as possible.”
