London Bridge Tube Station in Chaos After Woman Hit by Train
Emergency services swarmed London Bridge Underground this morning following a tragic incident.
Person Trapped Under Train
At around 10:10am on Saturday, December 3rd, reports surfaced that a person had been struck by an underground train with remains trapped beneath it.
Woman Pronounced Dead at Scene
A British Transport Police spokesperson confirmed:
Officers were called to London Bridge Underground station at 10:10am on 3 December following reports of a casualty on the track. Paramedics also attended; however, sadly a woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
