Teen Stabbed to Death in Lambeth Block of Flats
Tragedy struck in Lambeth late Monday when a 16-year-old boy was fatally stabbed in Oval Place, SW8. Police were called at around 11:45pm after a resident found the teen bleeding heavily at the top of a stairwell inside a block of flats.
Despite frantic efforts by paramedics and first aid teams armed with life-saving equipment, the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
No Arrests Yet as Police Hunt Killer
The victim’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. A post-mortem exam will be arranged in due course, but no arrests have been made so far.
