Kent Police rushed to the Cricketers Inn on Wrotham Road just before 9.15pm on Saturday, November 5, 2022, after reports of a brutal stabbing.
Two Men Attacked—One Fatally
Officers and paramedics found two men with stab wounds. Tragically, a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim was rushed to a London hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
Two Arrested as Police Probe Murder
A 29-year-old and a 50-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of murder. All parties are believed to know each other, and police are not searching for anyone else connected to the attack.

Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate are investigating. Wrotham Road near Meopham Green is still closed.
