Woman Stabbed to Death in Bexhill – Murder Probe Underway
Police have launched a murder investigation after a woman was fatally stabbed at a home in Bayencourt South, Bexhill. A 39-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 32-year-old man was detained for allegedly helping an offender.
Tragic Scene in Bexhill
Emergency crews rushed to the property just after 10pm on Wednesday, February 12, following reports of a stabbing. Despite frantic efforts by police and paramedics, the 58-year-old victim died at the scene.
Her next of kin have been informed and are receiving specialist support.
Suspects in Custody as Police Investigate
After a thorough search, officers arrested the 39-year-old woman from Bexhill for murder. The 32-year-old man was also taken into custody on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both remain held while the investigation continues.
