A busy Birmingham road has been closed after a shocking early-morning collision left a man fighting for his life.
Critical Condition After Collision
West Midlands ambulance-service/" title="Ambulance Service" rel="nofollow">Ambulance Service were called to the scene at 6.40am on Tuesday following reports of a crash involving a pedestrian and a car.
The incident happened at the junction of Lawley Middleway and Garrison Circus in Digbeth.
A spokesman said: “Two ambulances and the MERIT trauma team responded immediately. On arrival, crews found the pedestrian, a man, in critical condition.”
Emergency Response Underway
Emergency teams are currently at the scene providing urgent medical care. The road remains closed while investigations continue.
