Elliott’s crimes spanned 22 years, targeting six victims, some just 16 years old. He abused his role as a respected local leader to gain trust, fooling victims and their families alike. Over this period, he was convicted of a staggering 92 offences.

Using drugs and alcohol to incapacitate his victims, Elliott recorded many assaults. Despite efforts to destroy evidence, these damning videos played a key role in his conviction.
