Teen Faces Manslaughter Charge After Tragic Stabbing in Crawley
A teenage girl appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, charged with murder in the stabbing death of 24-year-old Nimroy Hendricks. After careful review, the Crown accepted her plea to manslaughter due to diminished responsibility.
Medical Experts Reveal “Significant Abnormality of Mind”
Experts confirmed that at the time of the incident, the defendant was suffering from a serious mental condition. This medical opinion played a key role in the prosecution agreeing to the reduced charge.
